Common Sense About Aeration Oxygenators
The aeration oxygenator features a simple and lightweight design, with its greatest advantage being energy efficiency. Unlike impeller-type and paddle-wheel-type oxygenators, this model employs a unique flower-shaped spiral impeller paired with a distinctive float design, which enables the water output to jet upward, creating a boiling effect and generating surging waves in a specific area of the water body. This process significantly increases the contact between the water and air during the spraying phase, thereby enhancing the dissolved oxygen content in the water. As the water jets upward, it directly passes through the motor and gearbox, allowing both the motor and gearbox to be cooled by the water itself. As a result, the motor can operate for extended periods without overheating, eliminating the common issue of motor overheating due to prolonged operation, which typically leads to increased current draw and eventual burnout. It can operate effectively within a voltage range of 300V to 350V.

Introduction to Knowledge Related to Micro-pore Aeration Oxygenators
Products like aeration and oxygenation machines are basically used in industrial settings—most of us have never seen or heard of them. You could say they’re not very common in everyday life. However, these devices play an irreplaceable role in the industrial sector. So, the first thing we need to do when using them is to thoroughly understand some key information about aeration and oxygenation machines. Now, let’s dive in and learn more together!

Aerator manufacturer: The aerator features a powerful aeration effect.
The oxygenator manufacturer explains that the centrifugal impeller draws oxygen-poor water from below and pushes it outward in all directions, transforming turbid water into clean water. Under the centrifugal impeller, the water is actively mixed by the blades and the impeller itself, creating water jets and waves at the water surface and forming a curtain of water that can entrain air. Moreover, as the centrifugal impeller rotates, it generates negative pressure behind the impeller blades, allowing gases to be drawn into (and dissolved in) the water. These gases are immediately broken down into tiny microbubbles within the high-pressure zone created by the impeller. As a result, this process significantly enhances the rate of oxygen dissolution from the air into the water, thereby improving the efficiency of oxygenation.

Aerator Manufacturer: What are the features of spray-type aerators?
Oxygenator manufacturers point out that, in actual aquaculture practices, although oxygenators are already widely used in aquatic product farming, some people still don't pay enough attention to the issue of dissolved oxygen in water or even overlook its necessity. Most people still regard oxygenators merely as “fish-saving devices,” failing to fully harness their potential as “yield-enhancing machines.” This is a matter that deserves serious attention and improvement.

Aerator Manufacturer: An Introduction to Knowledge About Wave-Action Aerators and Micro-Pore Aeration Aerators
The oxygenator manufacturer states that surge wave machines are a new type of pond aquaculture oxygenation equipment developed and promoted in recent years. Their principle is to use an on-water photovoltaic centrifugal impeller to generate water jets and create resonant oscillations that produce waves propagating outward in all directions.

Aerator Manufacturer: Uses of Aerators
According to the oxygenator manufacturer, an oxygenator is a mechanical device commonly used in fisheries and aquaculture. Its primary function is to increase the oxygen content in water, ensuring that fish do not suffer from oxygen deficiency. At the same time, it can also inhibit the growth of anaerobic bacteria in the water, preventing the pond water from deteriorating and safeguarding the fish’s living environment. Typically, aerators work by using their own air pumps to inject air into the water, thereby boosting the oxygen levels.
