Aerator manufacturer indicates Aerator There are many types of products, each with its own unique characteristics and operating principles. The oxygen-increasing effects vary considerably, as do their respective application ranges. Producers can select the appropriate oxygenator based on the dissolved-oxygen requirements of different aquaculture systems, thereby achieving optimal economic efficiency.
Aerator Manufacturer's Explanation Classification of aerators:
Impeller-type aerator
It features integrated functions of oxygenation, water mixing, and air bubbling. Currently, it is one of the most widely used aeration devices, with an annual output of approximately 150,000 units. Its oxygenation capacity and power efficiency are superior to those of other models, though it generates relatively high operating noise. It is typically used in large-scale pond aquaculture where the water depth exceeds 1 meter.
Waterwheel aerator
It has excellent oxygenation and water-flow promotion effects, making it suitable for ponds with relatively deep silt and an area ranging from 1,000 to 2,540 m².
Jet-type aerator
Its oxygenation power efficiency surpasses that of paddle-wheel, aeration, and spray-type aerators. It features a simple structure that can create water flow and stir the water body. It gently warms and oxygenates the water without harming fish, making it ideal for oxygenating fish fry ponds.
Water-spraying oxygen-increasing model
It features excellent oxygenation capabilities, enabling a rapid increase in dissolved oxygen levels in surface water bodies within a short period. It also offers aesthetic appeal and is ideally suited for use in fish ponds located in gardens or tourist areas.
Inflatable aerator
The deeper the water, the better the effect. Suitable for deep water.
Suction oxygenator
Air is drawn into the water by negative pressure suction, mixes with the water to form a vortex that propels the water forward, resulting in strong mixing action. Its ability to oxygenate the lower layer of water is superior to that of impeller-type aerators, while its ability to oxygenate the upper layer is slightly less than that of impeller-type aerators.
Vortex Oxygenator
Primarily used for oxygenating subglacial water in northern regions, with high oxygenation efficiency.
Oxygen pump
Due to its light weight, ease of operation, and single oxygen-increasing function, it is generally suitable for use in fish fry ponds or greenhouse aquaculture ponds with a water depth of no more than 0.7 meters and an area of no more than 0.6 mu.
The aerator manufacturer stated: With the continuous refinement of fishery demands and the ongoing improvement of aeration technology, many new types of aerators have emerged, such as surge-type aerators and spray-type aerators.
