The lightweight permanent-magnet submersible pump is an advanced development based on the traditional flood-control and emergency rescue pumps as well as submersible centrifugal pumps. The pump features a compact structure, small size, light weight, and easy portability. It is primarily used in emergency situations such as flood control and rescue operations, drought relief and irrigation, and drainage during heavy rainfall. No infrastructure construction is required—this pump can be directly submerged in water or suspended on a lifebuoy floating on the water surface, and it can be easily carried by a single person. The motor benefits from excellent cooling conditions and operates with low noise levels. Its control system employs variable-frequency drive technology, allowing adjustable rotational speed. The pump can be connected to either a temporary generator set or to the mains power supply for direct operation. The discharge outlet is equipped with a quick-connect hose fitting, enabling rapid installation and simple operation. The suction pipe is made of lined fire hoses, which are lightweight and have excellent coiling performance.
